Assessment of the standard of consumer food safety behaviour.

An evaluation of the food safety behaviour of consumers was conducted by means of an HACCP-based audit. The findings reveal the need for an improvement in the awareness and practice of safe food handling in the home. Journal of Food Protection 1997;60(4):399-406.
