Organised by WSSCC, a November 2013 meeting brought together key partners from Plan International, WaterAid, UNICEF, etc. The meeting considered what water, sanitation and hygiene, or WASH-related capacity building remains to be achieved in the dynamic environments of Asia and Africa. They also looked at what documentation, learning and knowledge systems are required to achieve this goal, agreeing on a number of steps for moving forward.
