Food safety for people with HIV/AIDS

Food safety is especially important for those infected with HIV. The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service and the U.S. Departmentof Health and Human Services’ Food and Drug Administration have prepared this booklet which is designed to provide practical guidance on how to reduce risks of foodborne illness.
